Refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your accessory you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund minus the cost of postage. This does not apply to bespoke orders.

If you would like a refund please email info@rachelsunnekin.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Returns must be sent back in a saleable condition, in their packaging with any labels still attached in order to receive a refund. 

When returning items please ensure you retain proof of postage and that you choose a postal method which offers compensation to cover the value of the goods to ensure liability and security for your sake. It is recommended that any parcel with contents worth more than £50 be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please do not return items without first emailing to ensure you are eligible for a refund - and to ensure you complete the returns process correctly which I will gladly talk you through. This is especially important for overseas returns to ensure you are not charged an extra customs fee unnecessarily.
